Deposit and cancellation terms for all bookings.
Your deposit reserves my time — not just your appointment. Once a booking is confirmed, that time is set aside exclusively for you and is no longer available to other clients.
A deposit of 50% of the service cost is required to confirm a booking.
(everyday makeup, lessons, special occasions, professional and brand projects, Digital Beauty services)
If a cancellation is due to circumstances beyond the client's reasonable control (including, but not limited to, serious illness, an accident, extreme weather conditions, or other force majeure circumstances), the decision on refunding the deposit is reviewed on an individual basis, at the service provider's discretion.
If, on the day of the booking, providing the service becomes unsafe or impossible due to circumstances beyond the artist's control (including, but not limited to, flooding, hurricane, extreme weather, natural disasters, or other force majeure circumstances), neither party is considered to be at fault. In such a case, the artist will, at the client's choice, either refund the deposit in full or arrange a new service date.
The artist reserves the right to decline service, including when a deposit has been paid, in the following cases:
If the service is declined due to circumstances on the client's side (as listed above), the deposit is not refunded, as the time was reserved and the artist arrived and/or prepared for the service. If the artist declines service at their own discretion in the absence of any fault by the client, the deposit is refunded in full.
The client may reschedule a booking subject to the same time frames as for cancellation (14 days for bridal services, 24 hours for all other services). When rescheduled in time, the deposit is retained and carried over to the new date.
The new date must fall within 30 days of the originally booked date. Rescheduling depends solely on the artist's availability: the new date and time are confirmed only after they have been checked. Clients are encouraged to offer several date and time options at once. If none of the proposed options is available, the situation is treated as a cancellation by the client.
Two free reschedules are permitted. On a third request, the deposit is not refunded and is retained as compensation for the artist's reserved and expended time; any further arrangement is considered a new booking and requires a new deposit.
A reschedule requested after the applicable deadline is treated as a late cancellation, and the deposit is not refunded.
Punctuality is part of respecting the artist's work and the other clients whose time is also booked. The terms below exist so that every client receives full service within the time reserved for them.
The reason for lateness is not considered and does not affect these terms. Traffic, weather, personal circumstances, forgetfulness, or any other reason is not grounds for changing the rules below.
In-studio:
On-location:
Work within a shortened time. The guarantee of quality and completeness of the service applies solely when the client arrives on time. If the client is late, the remaining time may be insufficient for the artist to work in her normal manner. Working within a shortened time ("rushed mode") is not the artist's normal working mode. If the client agrees to receive the service in the reduced time, this is solely their own decision and initiative; results produced under such conditions cannot be the subject of any complaint in any form. The client's receipt of the service within a shortened time constitutes their agreement to all terms of this section.
No refunds or complaints. Lateness does not entitle the client to a refund, discount, rework, or compensation for an incomplete service or reduced time. Complaints about results produced under conditions of lateness are not accepted.
Repeated violations. In the event of repeated lateness or no-shows, the artist reserves the right to decline future bookings from the client.
